TITLE 63 - CHILDREN'S CODE

The General Assembly determined that the Children’s Code, as previously contained in  one chapter of Title 20, had become cumbersome and difficult to use.    The Children’s Code has now been established as its own new title.  The provisions previously contained in Title 20 were transferred and reorganized pursuant to Act 361 of  the 2008 legislative session.
